ABOUT ME
I’m an explorer.
Getting at what’s underneath – that’s the key. My passion is not only observing what is, but also getting underneath to understand why? So, as a UX researcher, I’m an open-minded, empathetic explorer. I have to get accurate facts, and also understand the context and connections. I know something can present itself on the surface one way, but there is an underlying matrix – and that is what I’m excited to uncover. Understanding that is the fastest route to meaningful change.
